Super Easy Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cartons of beef bone broth

  • 1 slab of seared chuck roast

  • chopped onions, carrots, mushrooms, and yellow potatoes

  • 1 large tbsp of "BetterThan Bouillon" Beef Base

  • 2 packets of gravy mix

  • salt, pepper, garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season your chuck roast with salt and pepper and sear on both sides in a skillet with a lot of butter.

  2. Fill your crock pot with a little water and a box of beef broth, then place your chuck roast inside.

  3. Add all of your veggies: like onions, baby carrots, and mushrooms. Add your small yellow potatoes and cover all of your ingredients with another box of beef bone broth.

  4. Now add 1 Tbsp of "Better Than Bouillon" Beef Base and 1-2 packets of brown gravy mix. Add a bit more salt, onion power, and garlic powder to taste.

  5. Cook on Low for 6-7 hours and you're left with a delicious and tender pot roast!
