Red Velvet Cookies

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix 

  • 1/2 cup of oil 

  • 2 large eggs 

  • 1/4 cup of flour 

  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil and eggs. 

  3. Add the Red Velvet Cake Mix, the 1/4 cup of flour, and the White Chocolate Chips. 

  4. Scoop out portions of the dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet a couple inches apart. 

  5. Bake for approx. 10 minutes
