4 INGREDIENT Slow Cooker BBQ chicken

BBQ Chicken on Brioche Buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chicken Breast

  • 1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce

  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

  • ¼ Cup Italian Dressing 


  • Brioche Buns, Hawaiian Rolls, or Hot Dog Buns.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place 4 chicken breasts in the crockpot.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, and brown sugar.

  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours shredding the chicken at the halfway point.

  5. Once done, shred the chicken and serve on buns, over rice, or in wraps. I used brioche buns but Hawaiian rolls or hot dog buns would be great too!
