CREAMY PORK CHOPS WITH POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
Pork chops (boneless or bone-in) I used thick cut boneless
1-2 Ranch seasoning packets
1 can of Cream of chicken and herb soup
1 can of Cream of celery
Half a stick of butter
1 small bag of mini yellow potatoes
Half a large yellow onion
Carrots or mushrooms if you like
1/2 cup of chicken broth or chicken bone broth
Instructions
Place the pork chops in the crock pot.
Add half a stick of butter on top feel free to cut and place around the pork chops Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the pork chops
Add half a cup of chicken broth
Add your mini yellow potatoes
Add your diced onion
Pour the cream of chicken and herbs and cream of celery on top.
Add a generous amount of salt and pepper
Cover and Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the pork chops are tender.
This makes the most tender creamy pork chops Serve with mashed potatoes if you omit the yellow potatoes and asparagus and rice for an easy comforting meal!
