Jalepeño Popper Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients 1 12 oz bag Lil’ Smokies 2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rounds, cut in half 1 block of softened cream cheese 7 Large jalapenos, stem and seeds removed and cut in into fourths 2 cups Colby blend cheese shreds 5-6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste Instructions Preheat the oven to 350° Cut the crescent dough triangles in half to create 16 strips of dough. Place onto a non stick baking sheet and set aside 
In a mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer and add in the shredded Colby blend cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon (I used a quality thick cut hickory bacon), along with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste! Cut jalapenos in half vertically, then in half horizontally you want to up with 4 pieces per jalapeño large enough to stuff your little smokies down inside. 
Next fill with cream cheese mixture. Place a lil’ smokie on top of cream cheese mixture and wrap with a dough strip.
