Kid Friendly protein Snack Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & mix until well combined

  2. Roll & press into 1 inch round balls & place on lined baking sheet

  3. Refrigerate until firm before enjoying

  4. Store in refrigerator in airtight container

    Then enjoy!
