SAUSAGE CHILI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of dark red kidney beans
2 cans of chili pinto beans in mild sauce
2 cans of white beans
2 jars of Raos pasta sauce
19 oz Mild Italian sausage
12 oz Breakfast sausage
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
4 or 5 cloves of minced garlic
2 packets of McCormick chili seasoning
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 TBS of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place all of the chili beans inside of the crockpot along with the two jars of pasta sauce.
There will be leftover sauce in the jar. Just use some water to fill it about a quarter of the way so you can get the rest of the pasta sauce out of it, and pour in the crockpot.
Brown, your Italian sausage and breakfast sausage sausage in a large skillet, along with the onion, bell peppers and garlic.
Put your meat mixture inside of the crockpot along with a quarter cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce and your chili packets.
Cook on low for six hours or on high for four hours.
Serve on hotdogs or in a bowl with cilantro, jalapeños cheese, sour cream, and Fritos.
