Super Easy Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1–2 tsp garlic powder)
1/4 cup ketchup (for added flavor)
Instructions
Place the chicken in the Crock-Pot.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ketchup.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken or serve as is, spooning the sauce over the top.
