Honey Garlic Chicken

Such an easy and delicious recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 3/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1–2 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for added flavor)

    Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the Crock-Pot.

  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ketchup.

  • Pour the sauce over the chicken.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.

  • Shred the chicken or serve as is, spooning the sauce over the top.

    Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables for a delicious, savory-sweet meal!, spooning the sauce over the top.
